The Citroen Berlingo range now comes with a choice of even more advanced fuel efficient engines. Compared with the older version engines the 1.6HDi diesel engines provide the operational benefits of improved economy, greater power and up to 40 percent more torque. There's also lower engine operating speeds and the environmental benefits of Euro IV emission standards. The Euro IV powered diesel-engined Berlingos are also able to run on up to 30 percent bio-diesel without any modifications. If you prefer a petrol engine there's the Euro IV 1.4i.

The Citroen Berlingo can cater for an impressive 600kg or 800kg load, dependent on the chosen version. With up to 3m³ of load space available and a completely flat floor you can load up using lifting gear and a standard European pallet. On the LX and Enterprise models the standard load length of 1.70m can be extended up to 2.10m by folding the multi-function passenger seat, so it's no problem fitting ladders, piping or planks.
